Sportsgirl SS 10/11

There are some benefits working for Sportsgirl. One would be the discount I get. Two would be working with such an amazing, fun filled team. Then finally, and most importantly, would be fashion shows and parties which held every season.
I attended the Sportsgirl SS 10/11 Roadshow on Tuesday night. the fashion show was great. The range includes lots of floral, retro vintage prints inspired by the 60's, modern embellishments and lots of statement pieces, not to mention, wedsges and clogs gallore. My favourite would have to be the shoes. So nice.
Big thanks to Sportsgirl for a wonderful night.

we like short shorts

now i know its only July, and summer is a mere 5 months away but a girl can dream, prance in the mirror in her tiny whiteys imagining its summer with the sun shining, sunkissed skin, feeling the heat on your cheeks as you bake on the sand. Im getting in early, or maybe im just meant to be living in the northern hemisphere, and buying some magical booty shakers to show off my buns. heres a sneak peak at some shorties of the world.

Colour me khaki
all shades of green are on my mind right now, especially in the shade of khaki. my latest purchase is a khaki anorak for this winter. Ive also bought an army green mens shirt from Sportsgirl. I love mens shirts. They complete the safari trend for this season. im also loving clogs! who would have seen the day that i would buy these babies! the only reminder i have of clogs was when i was about about 6 and i would parade around the house with my mums scolls thinking i was such a fashionista! im also on the hunt for a satchel bag. im yet to find one (as Australian fashion lingers behind continents such as the UK and US) but i know i will hunt one down eventually. Backpacks are also on my mind.. very 90's.
If only money grew on trees! As a student i think ill need to sacrifice and bring homemade lunches for the next 6 months to fund my complusive shopping disorder. its so worth it though..
